where & when to buy? get prices for: 1 x toilet 1 x basin on pedestal 1 x bath £400? price shower (proper) - where pump? price fittings (taps etc) - champagne flow installation? things to watch out for:
damp/condensation/ventilation
plumbing - ensure joints are secure & flow angles are appropriate
radio/speakers
grouting
natural light
support - lintels/girders
