Renting - organiSIM.comBuying a house just-in-time is not going to happen, so it looks like we're going to have to rent. Pying someone else's mortgage for them doesn't really appeal to me, but the flexibility and time should be a bonus - it could even save money - maybe(?) - by giving us greater time to save capital for the house. Things to watch out for: fees, fees, fees.... breakages deposit...extras, bills (rates)... etc
