Current plan is for the Dundee & Belfast crowd to fly to Birmingham on Friday 21st and get a train to Stroud. - Ideally, folk would meet up at Birmingham & get the same train to travel together, but this is not vital.

Dundee folk

Stu, Gordie & Phil:
flying in to Birmingham @ 13:50 on the Friday, preumably looking for a train around 15:00.
leaving Birmingham Birmingham @ 16:45 on the Sunday, presumably wanting to arrive at Birmingham at 15:00ish

Belfast folk

Chris, Dave, Karl+?:
having reviewed the Dundee schedule, I think it's feasible for the Belfast crowd to leave after work on the Friday, but not synchronise with the Dundee folk :(.

these flight times are so that we don't have to take a day off work. - it's going to be tight on the way out (need to leave work a little early - also we're going out from the City airport and home into Aldergrove.


trains should cost approx £20 & we can synchronise with the Dundee folk on the train home - yet to be booked
